The challenge & what we created

For over 50 years, the (ASHP) has been a prominent advocate for pharmacists. However, their Foundation’s website lacked the impact needed for advancing advocacy and driving fundraising efforts, a key focus for the organization’s new leadership. Collaborating closely, we developed a user-centered platform tailored to the Foundation’s primary audiences, transforming the website into a powerful tool to support their fundraising goals.

We conducted extensive testing on the main navigation to ensure it was intuitive for various age groups within the pharmacy field. This approach also provided valuable feedback on how the brand is perceived and offered a deeper understanding of the website’s regular users in the pharmacy sector.

The Foundation’s website has undergone a major transformation, now fully reflecting the ASHP brand identity. It’s easier to navigate, with streamlined access to grants and resources. New features and messaging have also been introduced, effectively guiding users toward making donations and strengthening the Foundation’s influence within the pharmacy community.
